Make a backup copy of the data file smpdata.mdb to a user-selected
location.
Zip and upload smpdata.mdb file to SMP server. Note: for file
backup purposes, it is recommended that the smpdata.mdb file be uploaded to
the SMP server once each month.
*Compact and repair smpdata.mdb file. SMP automatically compacts
and repairs the smpdata.mdb data file each time it starts.
*Refresh table links between SMP and smpdata.mdb and
springfieldmonthly.mdb data files. Table links are automatically
refreshed at SMP startup.
*Note: Both the compact and repair and refresh table links tasks
are performed at SMP startup. These options are provided in case the
user experiences a problem during SMP operation.
Network configuration:
Move smpdata.mdb file to network computer or drive and refresh table
links.

Send Country Office Status Report to
Help@lacc-smp.org. Users will be
instructed to send this report from time to time.
