General Student Reports

Class Lists—Provides a report of active students grouped by school and class according to the criteria selected in the criteria column.  This report can be used to verify attendance, verify class assignment, for annual photos, and to assist with projects.

Grade Lists—Provides a report of active students grouped by school or by school and grade according to the criteria selected in the criteria column. This report can be used at the beginning of the school year to code students for class assignment, to verify their attendance and grade, and identify new students in school.

See appendix The Information Cycle for a suggested procedure on how to take advantage of the two above mentioned reports to verify attendance and update student information.

Student Labels—Provides sheets of labels (30 per sheet, 3 column) of active students used for project sheets and gifts.

*Students "On Hold"—A list of active students that have a check mark in the "On Hold" box on the Student Information Form. *This report does not use the selection criteria.

Birthday List—Provides a list of active students celebrating birthdays by month, selectable by month.  Select a month from the drop-down box before opening the report.

Duplicate Student Records—A list of potential duplicate student records if names, gender and date of birth match.
