Each of the multiple-child photo reports includes the photo, student ID, name, grade and date of birth. WARNING! These reports must be printed in whole. Although there is page navigation at the bottom of the report, it should be used with caution. The program’s system of processing/ displaying photos is processor intensive and depends upon the processing capability of the computer. Slower computers will allow very little navigation between pages. The program will halt if the limit is reached. Idea… Print a report of “New” and “Previous” students for a school when there are individuals or a team in country interested in sponsoring children. Note: Be sure to verify availability and status with your rep at SCO. *Photo Verification Reports: HOW CAN I find out what photos are missing or which ones are old or extra (obsolete) in the photos folder? There are three reports available to verify photos for students. *Active Students Without Photo—Provides a list of active students, one page per school, for which there is no photo file in the “photos” directory. The list can serve as a photographer’s list. *Photos Without Active Students—Returns a list of student numbers for which there is a photo in the photo’s directory, but who are either “Closed” or are not in the SMP database. *Photos Older than 2 Years--Returns those students whose photo is older than two years old, with the age of the photo in years. *Photo verification reports do not use the selection criteria. |
