HOW DO I use the Student Comparison Report?

It is important that the country office understand the nature of student data discrepancies between the country office and the SCO.  The Student Comparison Report is divided into 7 sub-reports.  Following is an explanation of each sub-report, including the action to be taken by the SCO:

Report SCO Action
1  Students ACTIVE in Country but MISSING in SCO SCO adds missing children (from ExportChildTable.txt) as if new case histories were sent.
2  Students ACTIVE in SCO but MISSING in Country SCO verifies with country office and withdraws students as if ExportWithdrawals.txt had been sent.
3  Students NOT ACTIVE in Country but NOT CLOSED in SCO with NO WD PENDING SCO initiates withdrawal as if ExportWithdrawals.txt had been sent.
4  OVERDUE (more than 90 days) WD Pending Serves as a reminder to the SCO for the timely processing of withdrawals and graduations.
5  Students ACTIVE in Country but CLOSED in SCO--Reverse Withdrawal SCO reverses the withdrawal if possible or requests new case history.
6  School Status different between Country and SCO Serves to verify data discrepancy
7  Discrepancies of Student Data between Country and SCO SCO updates student information based upon file ExportChildTable.txt.
