Count by Sponsor Code Reports

There are four reports in this section.  The fourth button opens the Edit Country Stats Form.

Current by School

  • Provides a count of the number of all active students (“New,” “Sponsored” and “Previous”) in each school according to the sponsor code. 

  • Note: this report provides a quick summary of the number of active students in all sponsorship programs by school for school status "active". 

  • A report comparing count of sponsor code between LACC Springfield data and country data is available at LACC Office, "LACC Springfield/ "Count by Sponsor Code Comparison" button.

SCO/ Country Comparison provides a comparison report between data from the SCO and the country.

Monthly Totals

  • Provides a running summary of totals of each sponsor code by month, starting with the most recent, back to the first records in the statistical file. 

  • This report is new with SMP 2003 Version A.  Therefore, historical data begins in 2003 or upon first installation, whichever is later.

Edit Country Statistics Form--Allows the user to manually edit the monthly historical statistics of the total number of students with a given sponsor code.  Some countries have experienced a corruption in the statistics table.
