Go to Schools Information form, Classes/Teachers tab.

Enter or update the class list for each school, entering or updating grade,
class designation and teacher's name. A class must be in the class list on
the Schools Information form, Classes/Teachers tab for it to appear in the list of classes
on the Class Assignments form.

Press the Class Assignments button to open form.

Highlight desired school (# 1 in upper left-hand corner box).

Select class (#2 below school box).

The list of students that appears in the middle box #3 are those who are in the
grade indicated by the class, but are not assigned to any class.

The right box #4 are those students currently in the selected class.

There are two options to assign students to the class.

Double click on an individual student. Or highlight one or more students
(hold down Ctrl to select more than one student) and press the right arrow
button.

To remove a student from a class, reverse the procedure. Double click on
the student in the right box or select one or more students and press the left
arrow button.
