Viewing country number, name in English and in Spanish.

Viewing and editing rep name and email address.

Setting currency and gift preferences

  • Net available gift funds is "0.90" by default.  This figure is the net available for gifts after the administrative funds are taken out (currently 5% for AGWM and 5% for LACC administration).  This field may be edited.
  • "$1.00 equals how many of local currency?" is used to convert from US dollars to local country currency.
  • The amount that appears on the Gifts to Purchase List report uses this calculation:
    • AMOUNT RECEIVED  X  NET AVAILABLE (0.90)  X  CURRENCY CONVERSION
  • Name of local country currency (appears on the Gifts to Purchase List).
  • The symbol for the local country currency (appears on gift and payment to schools reports).

Country Description.  Side by side display of the country description.  The right column is the one maintained at the SCO.  The left column is editable and should be sent to SCO after updated.  The description appears on the Schools Description report.
