Define Spanish (French) Grade Labels

  • This form is used to update the grade definition table, assigning Spanish (or French in the case of Haiti) labels to numeric grade values. 
  • The “grado” (grade) number field and English name fields (full and abbreviated) cannot be modified. 
  • Change the Spanish names to reflect usage in your country. 
  • Numbers 15, 16 and 17 are designated for special programs that do not follow an automatic annual grade promotion.
