On Hold checkbox.  The On Hold check box is located on the Student Information form, Case History tab.  Students with "On Hold" checked will not appear in the payment to school reports, but will appear in all other lists.  A report of those who are "On Hold" is available on the Student Reports form, School tab.

Other Case History Information is a memo field designed to provide special information in narrative form about the child that will print on the case history promotional folder.

Permanent LACC Number is a number assigned by the system to a student.  The number does not change even if the student changes schools.

School Status Field.  The “School Status” field controls the relationship of a student to the school.  There are three values used:

• Active.  Student is active in school.

• Withdrawn.  Student is withdrawn from school and left before graduating.

• Graduated.  Student graduated for the last grade offered by the school.

SCO.  LACC Sponsorship Care Office.

Secondary ID is an alternate student number that is available for use by sponsorship programs that may utilize their own unique student numbering system.  This number appears on various reports.

Sponsorship Code Field.  This code is managed by the LACC Sponsorship Care Office (SCO).  There are four codes used:

• New.  New in system without a sponsor.

• Sponsorsed.  Currently has a sponsor.

• Previous.  Currently has no sponsor, but used to have a sponsor.

• Closed.  Student is inactive with any sponsorship closed.

Note:  It is possible that an inactive student may continue to be sponsored for a short period of time while the SCO processes the reassignment (reassigning a new student to a sponsor).

Sponsorship Override check box is located on the Student Information form, Case History tab.  This field relates to the Payment to Schools system located on the Payments tab on the School Information form, specifically to schools that use either the "Sponsored and Previous ONLY" or "Sponsored Only" funding systems.  When a student with Sponsorship Code "New" has a check mark in the Sponsorship Override check box, the per student sponsorship amount will be included in the payment to the school and reports to the school as if he were sponsored with the note "Sponsorship Override."  Note:  Once a Sponsorship Override student is sponsored, the check mark should be removed from this field.

Sponsorship Program.  Usually is LACC unless a country has additional sponsorship programs.  This field is used for reports and processes to allow for selection based upon sponsorship program.
